Getting started with a Guided by Andrew personalised travel guide is simple and collaborative. You begin by completing the short request form with key details about your trip. I will then reach out directly to schedule a free 30-minute consultation call to discuss your travel goals, preferences, and priorities in more depth. Once these details are confirmed, I create your fully customised travel guide and send it to you within one week. We then book a follow-up call to walk through the guide together, answer any questions, go over the itinerary and fine-tune details - ensuring you feel confident, prepared, and excited before you start booking and travelling.
What it is
Each personalised travel guide includes a tailored Location Lowdown and travel essentials you need to know before you go, along with The Sliding Scales, an Andrew approved rating system offering key travel insights. You’ll receive a day-by-day itinerary built around your interests and pace, curated accommodation suggestions, food and drink highlights, transportation guidance, and notes on cultural events. Every guide also includes a custom Google Map and recommended apps, making your trip planning seamless, informed, and stress-free.

Guided by Andrew personalised travel guides are not a travel agency service. I don’t make bookings or earn commissions, my one-time fee covers creating a fully customised guide for your trip, giving you the research, recommendations, and structure to confidently plan and book everything yourself. Think of it as getting you 80% of the way there: practical, unbiased, and tailored to your interests, pace, and priorities. While I don’t provide on-the-ground guiding or 24/7 support, your guide is a trusted, easy-to-use resource for planning and enjoying your trip.
Price
Pricing for Guided by Andrew personalised travel guides varies based on the style and length of your trip. As a reference, a 3-night stay in one city or region is priced at €30, charged as a one-time fee. I create custom travel guides for any trip length and for any country in Europe, giving you expert planning and tailored recommendations so you can confidently book everything yourself.
